OUR CLASSES START THE WEEK OF SEPT 8th

APC Studios is offering a 6-week 60 min Mid State Music Class focused around preparing for and executing a successful audition. There is never a guarantee for any audition but our teachers and staff have years of experience teaching students how to be successful during the audition process.

Special Note: MTSBOA requires all students (Technically your Band Director) to send in an Audio/Video Audition Tape as the first round of auditions which is due Oct 26-Nov 6 (audition window).

APC Studios is exclusively offering a processional audio/video recording to students/families that take our Mid State Music Class.  We will record professional audio/video of your child's MTSBOA Mid-State audition. The final audio/Video recording will be sent to you, the parent/guardian, and you will share it with your Band Director to submit to MTSBOA.

Our studio has the highest quality Focusrite ISA Preamps & Royer Labs Ribbon Mics. This specialized recording gear is the industry standard for micing Brass and Woodwinds in recording studios around the world. A good quality audition tape always helps the success of the audition process!

Our Mid-State Classes are for 6 Weeks, 60 min class per week. $270

Our Recording camp is all about learning the ins and outs for tracking, microphone techniques, patching analog gear, mixing and basic mastering in a studio setting. No experience needed! Students will be getting hands-on experience every day of the camp. During the week students get classes with well known Mixing & Mastering Engineers from NYC and Nashville.  Students get the opportunity to visit well known studios in the Nashville area depending on Scheduling.

Last year APC Studios Camp Students got to Record on Luke Combs Single "Back in the Saddle " at Sound Stage Studios on Music Row. We also spent the afternoon at East Iris Studios checking out some live sessions and video shoots in the different studios. Students will work on recording an EP worth of music during the camp! You will get to record professional Nashville studio musicians along with yourself in a comfortable and professional studio environment. Students were also able to make their own XLR Cables if schedule allows.
